The first Band Booster meeting will be held on August 19, 2008 at 7pm in the Middle School Band Room. We will decide on that date when to schedule our monthly meetings going forward. The complete list of meetings can be found on the Calendar Page . The meetings are open to everyone. We encourage people to attend and provide input.
Our meeting agendas are set one week in advance. To get a topic on the agenda please submit it to the club secretary as far in advance as possible. If you are not able to make the meeting the meeting minutes are usually posted with in three weeks of the meeting.
